• Nickie Dixon, Managing Director With over 15 years of experience in the wedding industry, Nickie has managed over 600 weddings. She and her husband Simon took over Farbridge in 2014, and since then, she has been dedicated to making every event unique and special. Nickie's attention to detail and passion for getting things just right will ensure that your day runs smoothly and effortlessly.
• Simon Dixon, Director & Executive Chef Simon has more than 25 years of experience in the kitchen. His travels have influenced his culinary style, and he brings all of this skill and enthusiasm to Farbridge. Simon loves creating bespoke menus with couples and takes pride in making everything from scratch, from bread and ice cream to cordials.
• Aidan Black, Head Chef Aidan's love for cooking began whilst growing up watching his brother cook dishes from around the globe. With 20 years of culinary experience, Aidan is passionate about creating new and inspiring dishes for couples and their guests at Farbridge.
• Imogen Boath, Senior Event Manager Imogen has worked within the wedding industry since 2012 and has delivered many beautiful weddings at multiple venues across the South Coast before joining the Farbridge team in late 2018. She loves nothing more than building relationships with her couples and seeing the years of wedding planning come to life on the day.
• Grace Barrow, Events & Office Manager Grace enjoys developing relationships with her couples as well as the operational side of planning weddings. In her free time, nothing makes her happier than exploring the outdoors with her daughter and her dog, Trevor.
• Ells Reynolds, Events & Marketing Manager Ells adores building strong connections with her couples and helping them make their plans a reality. In her spare time, Ells helps run a music charity for young people across the South Coast.
• Eleanor Brown, Event Manager Eleanor thrives on building relationships with couples throughout their wedding journey and watching their big day unfold as planned. Outside of work, Eleanor loves spending time with her family and friends as well as reading and writing.
• Ellie Major, Event Manager Ellie is also a keen photographer and previously travelled on cruise ships taking beautiful pictures around the world. She has a massive love for animals and treats her dog and cat like her own children!
• Julie Noon, Venue Assistant In her free time, Julie enjoys spending her days surrounded by the love of her family, especially her two adorable grandchildren.
• Lyd Smith, Venue Manager Lyd has been part of the Farbridge Team since 2015 and has worked across many areas of the business.
• Karina Dodman, Accounts Manager Karina joined Farbridge with nearly 30 years' experience in accounts and has been with Farbridge for 11 years now.
• Trish Purchase, Head Housekeeper Trish began her journey at Farbridge in 2020, having over 20 years' experience in housekeeping.
• Richard Johnson, Kitchen Porter Richard first started at Farbridge as part of the housekeeping team and progressed to the kitchen in November 2021.
