Based on the Leicestershire/Nottinghamshire border, I photograph weddings across the UK with a relaxed, documentary-style approach. My focus is on capturing the day as it genuinely happens – the laughs, the nerves, the hugs, the chaos, and everything in between.
I’m not into stiff posing or cheesy setups. Instead, I work quietly in the background, letting moments unfold naturally and stepping in with gentle guidance when it’s needed. Whether you're camera-shy or totally at ease in front of the lens, I’ll help you feel comfortable without making a big deal of it. No awkwardness, just honest storytelling.
I offer a 10-hour coverage package as standard, which covers everything from morning prep through to the party in full swing. All your photos are delivered in a private online gallery, fully edited and ready to download, share, and print. If you need a little more coverage, I also offer additional hours to tailor things around your day.
Ultimately, I aim to deliver a gallery that doesn’t just show how your day looked – but how it felt. Real photos with real meaning, and a few surprises you didn’t even notice happening at the time.

I have been photographing weddings for more than 10 years, and despite attending hundreds of weddings, it remains exciting. Every I do, every dubious dance move, every belly laugh and happy tear is a new story. Being a wedding photographer is essentially having a backstage pass to some of the most amazing parties, and I get to meet great people in the process. 
Engagement sessions offer a wonderful opportunity to familiarise yourself with the photographer while obtaining beautiful images for your wedding décor, framed gifts, or 'save the date' invitations. Clients often feel a little anxious at first, but within minutes, the session becomes enjoyable. It’s a great preparation for the wedding day, ensuring you’re relaxed in front of the camera, and you'll leave with remarkable photos to cherish.

We couldnt recommend Craig enough! From the moment we saw Craigs work we knew we wanted to book him! We had an engagement shoot with him which really helped us to feel more relaxed in front of the camera (would definitely recommend!). On the day he blended seamlessly into the day, was personable and funny and we felt so at ease. Our photos are truly breathtaking and Craig captured the entire day perfectly! To have these to look back on will be something we treasure forever.

Craig is an incredible photographer. We had craig with us on our wedding day and I am so happy we did. We both felt so comfortable during photographs, all of our guests agree aswell. Craig went above and beyond for us to ensure we were getting the most out of our time. Which included checking the weather and lighting was as perfect as it could be and even helping me out with my dress when we were struggling. You can definitely see that Craig has lots of experience. Thank you so much to Craig for being the BEST photographer for our wedding. We had such a battle with the weather (a storm!!) and being a December wedding, the light was not on our side either. But his talent and creativity to get some amazing shots was incredible and I can’t thank him enough. We also had a few kids as part of the bridal party and he dealt with them so well. The whole process from first enquiry to final delivery of photos was professional, prompt, and friendly. From the first meeting, we knew we were in safe hands! Craig put us both at ease by listening to what we wanted, and giving us helpful tips for our planning, making sure we didn't forget anything.
It really helped how well Craig knew the venue of The Woodlands (Hothorpe) too, so we could plan for locations in advance. On the day itself, Craig was a friendly and calming presence throughout the day, making sure to capture all the big and small moments, without ever seeming in the way. Many of our guests have had kind words to say, not only about the final photographs, but also about Craig's friendly and inclusive approach, making everyone feel at ease in front of the camera.

Craig photographed our wedding - he was professional, but really relaxed (which helped us relax!). He quickly caught the vibe of our wedding and worked with it. Craig is a 10/10 guy as well as photographer! He photographed our wedding at the end of July this year, and I cant get over how stunning our photos are! Craig was brilliant! We hired him for our wedding this March & he was fantastic. Really friendly and made you feel comfortable. For most of the day I felt like I never saw him which is what you want in a photographer but he captured everything of my day but was never in my face or made his presence known so I have the most wonderful natural shots.
He got our photos to us within weeks & they were better than I could have hoped for. Could not have wished for better wedding photos. I love them! Thank you Craig for doing a super job, everyone who sees the photos loves them!

We booked Craig through big day productions. We are beyond grateful that Craig was picked to be our photographer. We aren't every centre of attention people and he made us feel at ease instantly and we didn't once feel uncomfortable. If you dread having your photos taken or feel awkward about posed photos Craig is definitely the photographer you should choose.

Craig was the photographer for our wedding in November 2021 and we truly couldn't have asked for anyone better! He corresponded with us regularly before the day and we also had a face to face meeting to run through the details which was really great and helped us to think of the little things we needed to do that we hadn't thought about yet. On the day Craig was fantastic, he arrived to take some photos of myself and my bridesmaids getting ready and really helped to keep the atmosphere fun but calm.
So many of our guests have said they didn't even remember having some of their favourite photos from the wedding taken as Craig blended in and captured our day so naturally. Our formal photos were also amazing, I was a little nervous but Craig made the whole thing so much fun and the photos we have of our day are truly spectacular - we couldn't be happier with them!

We contacted Craig very last minute to be our photographer as we loved his work, he was already booked but his colleague Steve was available. We organised our wedding in Charnwood from Germany and had an initial skype meeting. Both Craig and Steve were brilliant from the start, and quick to answer any questions we had and put me at ease! Steve was fantastic on the day, and the photos he took are beautiful! Very natural and exactly what we wanted. Thank-you so much both!

We organized and planned our Rutland wedding from Florida, which meant lots of corresponding via email. Craig was patient and understanding with us from day one. On the day-of he was professional, yet relaxed, calm, and fun. (We enjoyed the role playing between Craig and assistant Steve for our posed sunset shots!) We received our proofs just 2 weeks after our wedding.
We LOVE our photos, and can't wait to choose a bunch for our albums. The only thing we wished more of was time. The day goes by so quickly, so enjoy it, and be sure to hire Craig to capture it, so you have the memories to share and enjoy for a lifetime!

Craig was brilliant! He put us at ease in the meeting before, and actually his knowledge of what he's seen work well/less so at weddings was incredibly helpful! He was happy to go with the flow on the day and was pretty discreet throughout. He was flexible and dealt with rain and 'surprises' with ease! We're so pleased with the photos - they've captured so many of our favourite moments from the day, and all the happiness! Highly recommend!
