Northumberland Wedding Creche

Northumberland Wedding and Events Creche is a bespoke childcare service designed to provide a safe and fun environment for children at your special events. As the owner, I, Claire, have over twenty years of experience in childcare and have a deep understanding of the importance of making sure both parents and children have a wonderful time. With a qualified Early Years Teacher leading the team, we offer a tailored service that ensures children are entertained and cared for while their parents can relax and enjoy the occasion.

Childcare Services

Our creche services are designed to cater to a variety of events, including weddings, anniversaries, and birthdays. We understand that every event is unique, and we work closely with you to tailor our services to meet your specific needs. Our staff are all qualified with a minimum Level 2 childcare qualification, DBS certificate, and paediatric first aid certificate. We adhere to Ofsted guidelines for childcare ratios to ensure the highest level of care and safety.

Creche Activities

We offer a range of activities including soft play, Xbox, farm and farm animals, cars and garage, train and train track, Lego, wooden building blocks, Duplo, Nintendo Wii, TV with DVDs, cosy corner with large floor cushions, books, jigsaws, board games, and non-messy crafts. We also have a jewellery-making station for older children. For a more relaxed evening, we can set up a movie experience for children who would like to unwind after a busy day of celebrations.

Terms and Conditions

Our services require a minimum of three hours, including setting up and tidying away time. Extra hours can be added if needed. We ask that parents provide anything children may need, including nappies, wipes, comforters, drinks, and snacks. Following the booking process, you will be asked to complete a child record form which includes information relating to allergies and illnesses that we should be made aware of. We have full public liability insurance to ensure your peace of mind.
