My journey began with an early fascination with photography, starting with my trusty Instamatic camera and Polaroid's in the '80s. Fast-forward eight years, and I found myself drawn to the world of wedding photography. My first shoot for a dear friend's wedding was the spark that ignited my passion, and since then, I've dedicated my career to capturing life's most precious moments.
As a documentary-style photographer, I take pride in my approach, aiming to blend in with your guests and capture genuine, unscripted moments. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of shooting over 200 weddings, from intimate gatherings to lavish celebrations, both within the UK and across the globe. Amongst the highlights was capturing an Italian wedding in Umbria, a truly unforgettable experience. As I continue to travel and explore new destinations, I'm constantly inspired by the diverse cultural experiences and the opportunities they present.
Beyond my professional life, I'm a family man, with three incredible children who have unwittingly become the subjects of my art. I'm also a passionate chef, with a love for cooking and experimenting with new recipes. You can often find me recreating takeout food or enjoying music from various cuisines with my family.
As a professional, I am continually inspired by street photography, an art form that has significantly influenced my approach to wedding photography. I also enjoy running and recently completed my first half-marathon.
