Disappointing Experience at the Granary Hotel
The Granary Hotel has received mixed reviews from customers, with several negative experiences reported. Unreasonable Charges was a major issue for Kristina Eva, who was charged extra for an unsuitable bed for her 1-year-old child, which she found overwhelming. Poor Communication was also a problem for Andy Shorthouse, who had to call several times to confirm a booking and was eventually told that the event had been cancelled due to lack of bookings.
