Our journey began when Kay Balsdon founded Crystal Prom Wear, a humble boutique in Church Crookham. As the business expanded, we outgrew our home-based operation and relocated to Fleet Town Centre in 2009. It was during this transition that we rebranded as Crystal Boutique, symbolizing our new chapter in life.
Today, our team comprises Kay and her daughter, Lisa, who jointly manage the boutique. This family-run business is committed to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every visitor leaves feeling valued and satisfied.
