We aim to stimulate the senses with our food. Guests can smell the tasty food as it's freshly cooked in front of them; see the food cooked and be 'wowed' with our rustic display and taste the delicious flavours of the food. We don't need a kitchen as we bring our own kitchen equipment with us and can set up in a field or outside the venue.
